Excellent facility. Just setup our second unit. Nicholas was very helpful and made the process extremely easy.

I had a fantastic experience at Public Storage thanks to Amanda. She took the time to walk me through different options to lower my monthly payment and realized I could downsize to a smaller unit—saving me real money! On top of that, she noticed me working in the hot sun and brought me a bottle of water while I was moving boxes into my new unit. That level of care and thoughtful customer service is so rare to find these days. I truly appreciate her help!
