Property Manager Amanda is always helpful solving issues that come up. She is a kind considerate person.
Office hours are in consistent and no one calls back for over a hour. The ACTUAL sizes of the spaces, are not accurate on the website and facilities management knows this but PUBLIC STORAGE CORP continues to leave the erroneous information up. THE 10X15 UNITS ARE barely over 13ft interior. And rhe 20 footers are more like 18 feet! This is a big difference if you're storing a trailer, boat, or vehicle.
Amanda helped us in a very friendly way with the move in.
