Ive been renting for three years at this facility and have been hesitated to share and post about my experiences at the Public Storage place in Oakley today. I confronted a front desk worker when I asked if I could used the bathroom that have been closed for some time and have always been reserved for paid storage customers before this COVID. Trash is a growing issue at this facility. Current management seems unconcerned.
Trash is always left everywhere. I went there a week apart and the same trash was still there
