0 STARS. If you don’t care about your stuff rent here. My storage unit was broken into, most of my belongings stolen and they did nothing for me. Even “lost” the security tapes of the whole day my unit was broken into. The rest of my stuff was covered in mouse poop so that’s fun too. Worst place to store your stuff don’t rent here. Also they jack up the prices every month on you. You have to keep moving units to get a good price. Just avoid at all costs. Horrible place and the staff is even worse.
We rented a space on-line for a vehicle for inside storage. Upon arrival, the storage unit had a support pole coming down through the middle of a unit and the car would not fit. We were told that the money we were charged on our card on our reservation could not be transferred to another unit and we had to go back to our home computer and use a different email address to get another unit at the special rate.
