We had an issue with our new storage locker. The existing lock hasp was damaged and we were concerned about how secure the locker was. Stefanie came out from a different location and addressed our concerns. She changed out the lock hasp. We were very happy with her professionalism and speediness of addressing our concerns.
No security locks on storage buildings. Doors to storage buildings are unlocked. Just too easy for someone with ill intent to slip in while gates are open and access the storage units.
Sergio was amazing helping me out with the storage unit! I have never rented a storage unit and after my Fiance just passing and having to sell our home he and Stephanie made this choice easy and simple. Thank you so much Sergio and Stephanie
