The South Tamiami Trail Public Storage location is immaculate, secure and convenient with bathrooms available to customers inside the storage building. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful as well.
My wife Charity and I were very happy with our seamless transaction. When people are moving it's a time of stress and Brian at the front desk made it all so Stressless and easy it truly made the rest of our day go better! Also there protocols and security is top-notch and definitely A Cut Above many other storage units I have been at. I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone in my network.
I was charged $53 and was mislead to see it was $1 only for 1st month. A complete lie. Two different charges equaling that amount. They make you buy insurance upfront for $20 and my unit said $29/mo so it doesn't even equal $53. I'm gonna find out what's going on this is so wrong.
