This is a special thanks to manager FRANK: Me and my husband made a $255 mistake renting a storage unit online with a swing door we couldn't use instead of a garage role up door we thought we had rented. Once we brought our mistake to the storage rental businesses' attention they agreed to cancel the lease and return our money in full. I went to Public Storage and Frank, the onsite manage EXCEEDED all expectations with assisting me getting me a storage for myself and my family. He is very kind, friendly, great customer service. I highly recommend this location for storage.
Frank is more than helpful and very generous with his time and and very patient with me a computer novice, I thank God for his patience
