Frank was amazing and so kind. He was very efficient and I had a wonderful experience. I'd highly recommend this facility.
Think again before you do business with Public Storage company. They took my money on 7.03 2025 for the month of July, I empty the space on 7.10.2025 and they will not refund me for the rest of 21 days I paid already. This is a rip-off and should be illegal. Frank was always very helpful; he surely deserves a better place to work for.

This storage is a rip off. The 1st couple of months after the payment it’s fine. Then all of a sudden they start increasing the monthly rent. In the beginning I paid for monthly rent $150 payment increased to $369. If I didn’t end the contract, they probably would’ve ended up paying $10000 for a medium sized storage unit. Not to mention that you have to pay a month ahead if you’re planning on ending the contract. I had just paid close to $400 for my monthly rental.
