First off I want to say the manager seems to be helpful and is very nice on the phone (assuming he’s not the one in control of these issues). Other than that this place is a an absolute nightmare. I have two units leased there and in less than 3 months they have raised my monthly payment by over 50%. The price I paid originally was not an “introductory offer” or anything like that.
