Keila was a huge help at this storage facility. The space itself left something to be desired — our unit had multiple dead bugs, and the units are only separated by drywall that doesn’t even reach the ceiling. PS is very challenging to get in contact with as well to check out. I’d probably go with U-Haul next time for that reason. That said, Keila’s excellent service is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 1 or 2 — she made a real difference.
I’ve had a wonderful experience here. The customer service is exceptional—the staff is always respectful, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping you get the best prices possible. Safe, clean, and trustworthy storage!
