After going through my storage I’ve had a ton of valuable things stolen out of here over the years. They will cut your locker if you’re late with a payment and go through your things. Looking into legal action!

Public Storage On East Ave in Rochester has deplorable customer service. It is mandatory to use their locks but when their key breaks off in their lock you are responsible to hire a locksmith to cut the lock off??????? I can't wait till tomorrow to talk with their corporate office
