What a joke this place is. They sell you a drive up outside unit that cannot be used. The door was froze shut with at least 12 inches of ice preventing it from be opened. Do you think that the lazy people at the front desk offered to help? Not a chance. They said you can try using some salt and an ice pick open to get the door open. Maybe try a little bit of customer service and make sure that clients can access the unit they are paying for.
