Savannah was the representative who helped me get my issue resolved in a very professional and timely manner! She was very kind and even gave me some great advice for my long term storage needs! I also needed to inquire about coverage for a vehicle and she did some extra digging to get me the information I needed. Very legit storage unit and the gate security is one I trust. Been renting over 8 months and so far am pleased.
Great experience fast and easy. Savanah transformed my unit and it was easy. Still paid lol but she was great and very resourceful and knew what’s she was talking about. With great smiles she welcome me and with great smiles I left out .

This Public Storage location used to be reliable, but service has gone downhill over the past few months. No one is ever available at the front desk, calls always go to voicemail, and no one ever calls back. When you visit in person, there’s often no staff on site to help. On top of that, rates are constantly increased every few months once you’ve had a unit for a while, which feels unfair to long-term customers. The staff is very friendly, ease to answer questions. More knowledgeable than customer service line. Location is great.
