This facility used to be well-managed, but the service offered declined since the new staff took over. The employees are consistently rude and unhelpful, which makes dealing with this location frustrating.

the customer service at this location was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. I was such a mess when i came to pick up my stuff, and Savannah was amazing. She somehow managed to work around my unpreparedness and was super sweet while doing so. I highly recommend this storage, especially if you are a student.Had it for three months and will def return again next summer!
