Literally been waiting 2 hours for someone to come and give me the key to my storage unit that someone broke into. This is bullshit.
They raise your rates without warning. And refuse to work with you. I picked to rent the unit because of price and they raised it after 6 months and told me that i should be happy because I am still paying below market value. I am a single mom and them raising my rates $35 is a lot to me. And they said they will evaluate my account again in 6 months and I am guessing raise the rates again since I am below "market value".
