I rented a 10x10 unit in March (end of month), within 6 months here is my review... it was a cleaned out unit and locking and locating my unit was easy enough. That's why it recieved above 1 star. Besides those 2 things it's all negative. Biggest issues I have are added on costs, mandated rental insurance theirs costs 20 dollars. Never shut, always leaving the main gate open for anyone to go thru with out a code. I came to Public Storage on Monday 6/8/26 and I spoke to Ms. Robbin and she was very helpful and beautiful personality. She answered all my concerns and beyond. It is great going into a business and the person behind the desk has a smile on their face and don’t mind helping. Thanks again Ms Robbin!!!
