I WISH I CLD GIVE 0 STARS! I WAS TOLD BY 1 EMPLOYEE THAT THEY WLD CALL ME IF SOMEONE TRIES TO RENT THE UNIT I RESERVED. I WAS THEN CALLED THE DAY AFTER THEY RENTED MY RESERVED UNIT TO TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE ANY OTHER CLIMATE CONTROL UNITS! I NOW HAVE NOWHERE TO STORE MY ITEMS. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY! IF YOU GO THERE, RECORD YOUR CONVOS TO COVER YOURSELVES! RUDE!

The MOST unprofessional organization I have ever been forced to deal with! When my daughter's father passed away without a will, we got the run-around from PS for 6 weeks--all they wanted was our rent money. We had Death Certificate and NC Certificate of Collection from Clerk of Court, but they continued to deny access, even putting on a second lock. I made the mistake of paying the rent once and following their rules, but eventually had to involve the police who caused PS to give us access to what was legally ours. They cut... read more
