Listen everything was good until they raised my rent and refused to lower it back. My argument was fix the door and I wouldn’t have a problem with the rent raised and their excuse is no we won’t lower the rent you can move to another unit but wtf am I paying an increase for when anybody can jump the fence and climb into our storage units as they please because the door to the indoor building you can just open with your fingers. i joined april 24th i was under the assumption that my payment would be 76.00 how about when I went online today to make my payment it jumped up 13.00. Like I told cici (worker) and her manager David Woodson 3363553713 I'm on a fixed income. I feel like that is false advertisement. When you sign up for a storage unit and given a set price then it should stay that price. If its subject to rate increase make me aware of that when I first sign up.
