Listen everything was good until they raised my rent and refused to lower it back. My argument was fix the door and I wouldn’t have a problem with the rent raised and their excuse is no we won’t lower the rent you can move to another unit but wtf am I paying an increase for when anybody can jump the fence and climb into our storage units as they please because the door to the indoor building you can just open with your fingers. i joined april 24th i was under the assumption that my payment would be 76.00 how about when I went online today to make my payment it jumped up 13.00. Like I told cici (worker) and her manager David Woodson 3363553713 I'm on a fixed income. I feel like that is false advertisement. To whom it may concern. You can kindly take your storage unit and burn it down. The price has almost doubled since I became a "Valued Customer", When I started my lease for a 5x15, the price agreed upon was a total of $92. That was all insurance included. I began my storage unit back in Sept 18th 2018 and in Dec of 2018 the price went up to $115, I just got the email effective December 1st my unit would cost $132, So from a "Valued Customer", my storage unit is empty as of 10/31/2019 and I am terminating my lease. I’ve been using this storage unit for several years. I’m paying $57/month for a 5’x10’ space on the second floor. Accessible by freight elevator and stairs. My unit has no climate control.
I will not use them again I payed it and wanted to move my stuff on 1st and they told me it had to be out by 9pm on 31st or they would charge me 124.00 just for like 5 hours its bull they not willing to work with people and that's messed up
Any public storage IS FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER USED!!!! The district manager is the worst people person ever! They lie and you will not get your things back. They say they know there people that buy units but they don't. They don't care for there customers or there personal stuff..
