I tried to rent a space here. They wouldn’t answer the phone, they only have a broken kiosk instead of a real person, and wouldn’t honor my reservation. I ended up having to go to another location to get a unit.
NOT CLIMATE controlled properly. It's prob 85 to 90 degrees consistently. You go to move a box or stand inside more than 4 min amd you start sweating. The gate is always broken. I've mentioned how hot it is to the management and the customer service but the temperature is never cooler...the temperature on the thermostat today read 80 degrees.......so hot and I have to go through my storage for like an hour
