Jessica actually called me back when i left a message and helped walk me through setting up my app and cared about my experience. She was helpful and friendly and knew what she was talking about which is rare now a days. I am so grateful that she was the one on the other side of the phone. I was going to start looking for a new unit with a live person until I got the help i needed from her. Thank you.

Not sure if this l9cation has multiple properties manager's... When I called I spoke to someone thinknit was the same woman from the other month She is sarcastic & rude When you talk to her ...there's this Void Silence Nothing No Response after talking to her that's what comes behind it Then in about a Minute she Huffs or Sighs Like you bothered her and she finally says a few things then nothing again Can't you tell when someone is passive aggressive & or does not like tjier job or maybe You?
