this is the most horrible place to go for storage.the man that works there has no kind of customer service experience obviously,he was so rude to my daughter she left in tears because he yelled at her.this place has false advertising it says 25.00 and the guy yelled and was rude and said it was 80.what kind of place hires these kind of people ,it's just horrible,please y'all do not rent from there.
Although I understand a yearly increase due to the cost of living, $12 is a bit much. However it is not the local office that is doing this it’s the corporate office. The district manager did call me back I was able to assist me.
Find somewhere else to go. Extra fees and poor customer service.
