I am very satisfied with this location of Public Storage mainly because the property manager, Debbi, Is so helpful, polite, and willing to visit with her customers unlike the other location I have a unit at. She is an awesome lady who almost every time I’m here is out walking the property with a broom and dustpan and checking On units. I will soon be moving my other Storage unit belongings to a second space at this property I’m certain. I would like to comment on the excellent customer service that “Debbie” has, she is so professional and always willing to help in any way she can, all the customers. Every time I have left a message on her answering machine she returns my calls promptly, and to me that means a lot! Anyone who is looking for a great storage facility with outstanding customer service this is the place!… Thank you again Debbie!, keep up the Great work!

I cannot understand these reviews - I can’t speak to the staff as I live out of state now, but the rent has gotten completely out of hand. It increases several times a year and I’m now paying $253 a month for a 5’x15’ unit that is neither climate-controlled nor drive-up. I will be moving out the second I can make the trip, beyond disgusted.
