I came to my unit today to find a DEAD SQUIRREL, complete with god knows what kind of bugs eating it, in my INDOOR and supposedly secure storage unit!!! Something I've never even dealt with at my previous outdoor drive up unit!!! When I asked what the policy on pests is, I was told to contact the third party insurance I have on the unit, to see what my options were. No assistance with removal, a refund or even a concerned manager to come and see what I was complaining about. Beyond disgusted and pissed off and I will definit... read more
