My experience with Public Storage has been TERRIBLE. I had my things in storage for less than 3 months. Within that timeframe my belongs sustained water damage and many things were destroyed. The office was clueless- informing me that they did not know of any damage. The customer service I received was a joke. I removed my things on the 2nd of January the month and was still asked to pay the entire month’s rent despite the damage. I had the easiest time reserving the perfect-sized storage unit for me. Jarvis was very helpful and made the process extremely smooth. We also had a pleasant conversation, and I looked forward to seeing him around again. I highly recommend Public Storage due to their friendly staff, ease of use, and convenient location.
My experience started off great! It was super easy to find the location and continently secure my things. Despite encountering some challenges while storing my things, Jarvis provided amazing customer service. He was able to quickly resolve the issue. Accidents happen, that’s what Insurance is for.
