Rented a unit 8/21 online. Next day visited unit and was not pleased. Didn’t seem safe. Never moved anything into unit. Cancelled 8/22. Was told we would get a full refund minus a $29 bs fee by the local onsite rep. We never got our refund of nearly $160. I was transferred to customer service and was told there will be no refund unless I cancelled same day. Avoid avoid AVOID
I’m very satisfied with the customer service, Alice helped me to fix some miss understandings in a very good way , very good and positive attitude , I appreciate that a lot ,I'm in the Broken Arrow storage ,thanks a lot and have a great day .
It's very clean and very safe! Just make sure you exit before closing time! Cause its not like some wear as long as yiur in before gate closing lol found out the hard way! But thats what makes it safer highly recommended place
