I Do not recommend Public Storage to anyone! I have gotten Nothing but the run around from this company. Here I was scheduled to go & sign paperwork & show my title, registration & all required documents to rent a 10x20 unit to store my car! And what do you know? No one was there at the location on South 86th st location. At 1:00pm on October 15, 2022. The manager at that location Never Answered his phone, he Never called me back absolutely no reply! Directions to another facility was NOT online to review before going to the used unit facility. That was unexpected and should have been communicated better online or anywhere the unit purchaser could see. When I arrived at the alternate facility the manager there was extremely rude and short.
