If you are military do not use them. My friend who was a military wife of 30years received a call from them and said you have to pay it or it will be auctioned off. she said I wasn't aware it was 30 days late she told them her pay would kick in at 1:30 they informed her the auction was at 11:00 then she had my husband a MSGT of the Marines call and ask if they would give her a couple of hours. not very open about rental issues........not helpful or mindful... practices are not what I expected for Florida business (compared to NY) if you ask me...
