Matt the manager that I dealt with was so great. Best experience ever, made it so simple and explained everything I wanted to know with such poise and clarity. I recommend Public Storage to ANYONE! Ask for Matt he’s the best!!
Nice enough people but crazy how the rate can change with an email notification - and not just change, but literally double. Started $88/mo (per my still documented agreement, ) then jumped to $165 a year later. Not sure why the agreement document doesn’t get updated or why there’s no where to see when the rate changed in the app. Either way. Going to be moving my things out of here as soon as possible. Maybe somewhere that doesn’t charge $30 for access after 9p.
Terrible, stay very far away. I had a storage unit here for about 11 months, 6 months into it they decided to jack the prices up another $50 without telling anyone. Oh "check your email!" this isn't 2005 not everybody is glued to their email. STAY AWAY, OVERPRICED
