Got a text that rent was due. Was asked if I'd like to pay via previous payment method. Replied yes, and payment was confirmed. Got another text today that unit is going up for auction and a late fee is added to my account. The property manager is NOT returning my call, and the online app is of no help. I will NOT be paying a late fee that is an error on their part, and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Great customer service.
First, the price is ridiculous. What started at $15 has gone up to $65. My daughter lost my key to the unit and I cannot access it. The manager told me today that if there wasn't a padlock on it, then it wasn't locked. That's not true. It has the lock that came with the unit. Came tonight to speak to someone and they are closed during open hours. Now I need to reschedule the one time lock cutting service even though there isn't a lock to cut because there's no padlock. Security is exemplary I guess is the one good thing but changing locks on my unit and then denying it , locking people out of the facility after 9:00 not useful , no office personel present for half or more of the day and the phone personel denied me that I had a unit couldn’t communicate adequately and was of no help wasted two and a half days before I could resolve issue including 6 trips to the facility that couldn’t accomplish a thing
