They upcharge you and are never at the property nor do they return phone calls. They put a lock on my unit I do not have keys for and will not answer or are ever at the property during business days and hours to address the fact that my unit is $185 a month now and doesn’t even lock. SCAM
Agree with others about the ridiculous price increases. Ours went from $99 to $133 in one month. Steep price for a unit that is not indoor, has no climate control, and a bug problem (traps set in unit so clearly a known issue). Wish we had checked the reviews first and not switched from our previous unit. Planning to find another unit ASAP.
