I'm Really suprised at the number of 5 star reviews this place has. Due to the number of people praising "Mary", I suspect they have AI agents writing reviews. I rented space here in January 24' for $70 per month, but the rent has gone up more times than I can count. I'm now paying $170 per month. That's close to 150% increase in less that two years!! The only reason I'm adding an extra star is because it is clean and very secure. Fortunately, I'm able to put in my notice and quit using this place next month. Buyer beware. W... read more

The rental process was very easy to go through. When I got to my storage facility I had a question about the lock. The kiosk contected me with someone that gave an answer. I think Mary who manages the property at Public Storage in bee caves, Texas is a very knowledgeable person . I did not understand the change on my rental property she quickly and effectively explained every aspect of it.and she offered to look into other options and would get back to me.
