They sent us to collections for a accounting error on their part. Giving them a 1 star because its impossible to get hold of them to resolve. - Dont worry its easy to sign up and get the storage unit but impossible to resolve any sort of issue and stop using the storage.
Mary with Public Storage in Bee Cave has gone above and beyond since day one. She has been so patient, friendly and professional. She has walked me through each step of the process and I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for making this such a smooth and painless process for me.

I was super lucky and blessed to have her help when I needed cleaning supplies after spilling paint materials on my belongings while moving them into the storage unit. Thank you, Mary!
Mary went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally spilled paint in the back of my car! Without hesitation, she came out right away to lend a hand and helped me clean everything up — including my car and some of my storage boxes, and my Coach Bag... She didn’t have to do that, but she did it with kindness and patience. It’s rare to find someone so thoughtful and genuinely caring in customer service. I was at our public storage unit.Yesterday and had an issue with the lock. The staff that was there, particularly Mary, was exemplary and went out of their way to help me with my issues. And solve the problems period I would give more than 5 stars. If I could period this public storage is the one at 3811 highway 620 in cave.
