I will never use public storage again. I rented a storage unit at the Apex location. In less than a year they raised my rent from $144 dollars to 254 dollars in less than a year I would not recommend using Public Storage to anyone from my experience.
Dee is terrific, great service.
I’ve rented a storage space here for almost a year now and they treat their clientelle really well. I lost the keys to my lock today and they replaced it for only $22 and were very timely with how they handled it. D is at the front desk and she’s very patient, very kind, and handles issues with grace. I’d recommend this storage area to anyone.

I have used 3 different storage companies for storing my personal items and this has so far been the best experience yet. Everything was completely automated. My unit was ready in about 5 minutes. I get in using my phone. The unit is nice and cool on a hot day. Dee was so helpful when I had a question as well! 5 stars!
