Terrible customer service! I have been waiting months for a broken seal on my unit door to be fixed. It is almost December and the problem still has not been rectified. The property manager does not follow up on customer complaints. When I tried to ask her about my maintenance issue, her response was that she was 'busy' and could not remember everything.
