This place will tack on charges when you initially sign up. how about you can only use their locks at $20 a pop. Must pay for their insurance. Oh and I just received an email my rate would go from $188 to $232???
They sent me an email saying I had 5 days before stuff was sold I paid before 5 days they still sold my stuff...DONT RENT FROM THEM
Pretty much the whole ceiling of my unit has fallen down onto my stuff and I am having a VERY hard time getting anyone to do anything about it. The District Manager was notified 2 weeks ago and has not even responded to the Manager of the property. Very poor customer service and maintenance in my opinion.
