When I was renting a space from there, everything went smoothly. The problem started when I moved out. I scheduled the moveout online. Got all my items out a few days before the last day of the month I was paid up. I get a call the last day saying I left trash in the unit and I needed to clean it up. Inside the unit, there was a tape lined box labeled "trash" so I left some trash there. The manager said that tape was put there by the previous tenant and I cannot leave trash there.
