If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I rented a space starting in March. In July I was notified my rent was going to go up an astronomical amount and the property manager Brandy at the time was notified by me and was “looking into it.” After around 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I was slapped with late fee making my July amount a grand total of $241.00.
