I regret getting a storage unit from these people and now I am stuck with it. They offered a great deal. $120 a month. For life. Etc. all this other crap. It has gone up to almost $200 in the last year. The facility is disgusting. No one ever answers the phone. I tried to go into the office the other day and someone was legit HIDING behind the desk.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Paid $392/mth for a 10×20 unit on the 1st floor & all of our stuff was ruined by mold. Check out the picture of the molded HVAC system... absolutely disgusting! The insurance that we paid for of course does not cover mold. The personnel is useless, lazy & rude. Plus they only have 2 carts to move the stuff for the entire 3 floor building.
