I began my rental with Public Storage with great enthusiasm. They were able to accommodate my needs, the price was right, the location was close by, all was good. Then the rates went up. Then i had to correct them twice with my new credit card information for automatic payment. then I could never talk to a human being. Then I went by to see them at 10 AM on a weekday morning and there was nobody there, lights out, as though the place was not open at all. 7/23/18 - went to my unit to remove some things and put more in. There was a large puddle of water in the hallway with an orange cone, indicating that management knew about the water. When I opened my unit, water has soaked into everything. Not sure of the amount of damage. I did not receive a call or a text to advise me of a problem. When I went to the guy downstairs- he handed me a brochure for insurance and told me to take pictures. How about, which unit you are going to move my things to while they dry out?
