I began my rental with Public Storage with great enthusiasm. They were able to accommodate my needs, the price was right, the location was close by, all was good. Then the rates went up. Then i had to correct them twice with my new credit card information for automatic payment. then I could never talk to a human being. Then I went by to see them at 10 AM on a weekday morning and there was nobody there, lights out, as though the place was not open at all.
