Terrible customer service! The district manager Fatima was rude and condescending. They scammed fees out of me two different ways and then held my things hostage and threatened to auction them until I paid the disputed fees. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! District Manager tried to claim that my credit card charged me twice, NOT Public Storage. CC says this is impossible.
