My roommate and I decided to give Public Storage a chance after previously using Extra Space Storage. However, we will not be returning. Upon booking via phone, I was told we would only be charged $33 plus additional fees. A couple of days later, we were charged an additional $30, despite not having moved in yet. Jeanette was so sweet and helpful, I’ve been here for 2 years and I’ve never had issues. Even if you’re late on a payment (less than 20 days!!) they’re still so helpful and kind. They really try to work with you.

I had some questions about my unit, and I just want to say Toby was incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted out. He took the time to walk me through what I needed and made the whole process much easier. The facility itself was very clean and had a fresh, well-maintained feel.
