After 3 months my rent for a medium unit went from $41/mo to $107/mo. I tried to work with an agent to find resolution but nothing. Predatory pricing. Beware!!!
I get a great , smooth visit everytime I go to this place
Cut power off to entire facility on 5/29/2026, FORGOT TO TURN IT BACK ON ALL WEEKEND. No way to contact anything but an answering machine to have the matter handled. Storage rates double annually and they don’t prorate months. Also, if you are a day late with payment they will harass you, but if you want to move out before the end of the month and the power’s off you’re sol.
My roommate and I decided to give Public Storage a chance after previously using Extra Space Storage. However, we will not be returning. Upon booking via phone, I was told we would only be charged $33 plus additional fees. A couple of days later, we were charged an additional $30, despite not having moved in yet. Jeanette was so sweet and helpful, I’ve been here for 2 years and I’ve never had issues. Even if you’re late on a payment (less than 20 days!!) they’re still so helpful and kind. They really try to work with you.
