Good place , nice manager
Do not move your items here unless you want critters found in your unit full of closed boxes!. After informing management of the bent frame of my door, I found a dead tiny rat inside the door of my unit. They came and removed it and stated the exterminator will come to further spray and insect my unit. It is now 3 weeks and nobody has even reach out with an update! I repeated kept calling for an update to only be told I don’t know. This location clearly does not value customer loyalty, or has a retention plan. Terrible custo... read more
