Listen here!! I came to view the first storage I rented online, thought it was large enough! But it was not. Went back to see Maghongy and she assisted me right away with a larger storage! She brings a sense of calmness and problem solving to the table! My Mom meet her the first day and has not stopped talking about her. Thank you for your immediate and quick customer care!! You rock!!

I was told over the phone that if I vacated my unit by the end of the day on 07/03/26, I would receive a refund for my July payment. I rearranged my entire day to make that happen and vacated the unit before the end of the day, only to be told there would be no refund. To make matters worse, I wasn't even given a prorated credit for the unused portion of the month, despite having already paid through the end of July and immediately losing access to the facility after moving out. The manager was extremely helpful. She walked me through the whole process, as well as helped me to get transferred to a larger unit.
