Reserved a promotional price online. Got a call confirming my rate and my move-in date today at 10am. When I show up, they quote me a different rate. They gave my promotional rate away without telling me. Now my car is full, and I'm trying to find something else. Horrible! The guy working was very helpful and nice. But the neither district manager I called could be bothered to call me back today.

Very poor Manager at this location. Due to her error of not updating the gate timer, it has cause me to lose 7 hours out of my day and $340.00. To make matters worse, she called me a day later to inform me that the problem was fixed, and tried to make this my problem. SHE SHOULD BE REPLACED AND I WILL BE WRITING A LETTER TO THIS COMPANY. May even have to have my Lawyer to get this issue resolved. Such a waste of my time.
