Moved in and less than two weeks later my unit was broken into. I was unable to close the door so I had to take all my stuff back and they sent me a move out confirmation (that I did not initiate) the very next morning. Phone system is automated and wouldn’t let me speak to a representative, I went there twice during the day on weekdays and no one was there. Finally I get to speak with someone and all I get is a “we don’t do refunds”. $50 down the drain for the storage unit to not do its one job correctly…. store my stuff.
