Friendly locals
Absolutely horrible experience would not ever recommend storing anything at this facility. On move in day, after moving all of my property into my unit, I could not get the door secure. The lock would go on but you could still open the door (later found out it was broken). Nobody was at the facility and I called over 10 times even to other nearby PS facilities (one is located a half mile away) to get help in securing my property. Loved jasmine’s customer service she was very welcoming and informative
Robin went above and beyond today when my lock was stuck and wouldn't open. She came right out with me and stayed until she was able to fix the problem. She was friendly and patient! She's the best!
