When I selected this location, I didn’t realize I would be dealing with a kiosk instead of a live representative. The kiosk kept disconnecting, and I had to use my personal phone and was transferred three times. The first unit I was given was already rented out, and the second unit didn’t have the lock that was included in my move-in price. I was then told to move my belongings to a third unit, but later was told something different was noted, which caused confusion. Felicia is a great manager she was able to help me download the pubic storage app and set it up she was very kind and patient
This team was very accommodating to my needs. Mike in the office was very helpful and gave me clear instructions on how to access my unit, app and made my move in easy. Super grateful!
The property staff were very attentive. My unit was accidentally locked incorrectly and they emailed me and let me know and I was able remedy it right away.Thanks
