Went to facility Joan was great she answered all my questions then after we got our unit she called to follow up on our visit great customer service . Ty
Was here in my unit a lady Joann just came up to me to ask if everything was good n if I needed help with anything. I have never been asked that in a storage facility. I think that is great customer service. Ty
