There is no human being at this facility. There is a kiosk that you use to talk to a human being who is somewhere. They told me I could use my lock from another u it. A few days after I moved in they said my lock was wrong for the door, so I paid for another lock via the kiosk. That lock was exactly the same as the one I already had. I had to return that lock and buy the correct lock from the kiosk. My unit is fine. But BEWARE! 6 months after I moved in, the price went up- 47% ! I can understand a price increase but not 47%.... read more

Wonderful! Move in was super easy, my unit was clean and move in ready. I had a few questions and Josie from customer service answered all of them and was so helpful. I would definitely recommend this business
