I truly appreciated Josie,so much. She made me feel comfortable and trust in her when there was no re ord of .y storage unit which already had my things in it and I was in WV over 7hours away. I've had a storage unit with public storage for years, and every time I have a small issue or have a question, Karen has helped me out every time with no hesitation. I've never had a bad experience with public storage because of her help and kindness.
