I truly appreciated Josie,so much. She made me feel comfortable and trust in her when there was no re ord of .y storage unit which already had my things in it and I was in WV over 7hours away. I don't know if there is enough you can do for this young lady because she saved a customer from leaving a bad review to turning it around to me being a loyal customer forever and my spreading the word of how I love Public Storage even after giving me the unit much smaller than i had paid for.
