I've had a really good experience thanks to Geo at the Greenwell Road Public Storage in Virginia Beach. She walked me to the unit so I could see before signing up. Then she set me up with the Public storage App so I could get in and out using my phone. I'm selling home and needed to declutter so I got a large storage unit. Then with closing date looming, I realized I needed more space so I came back to get another unit and she was just as helpful the second time.
Geo. From Public storage on Greenwell Road in Virginia Beach Va. was great to work with. She kept me informed on when my unit would be available. The very next day I had the unit. She worked with me on getting my unit online on how to book. She did a great job and very happy with the service she gave . I was so happy she I got another unit 2 weeks later.
Geo has made our rental experience great. She is always there to help us whenever need her. We would definitely recommend this location to others looking for a perfect place to store their belongings.
