I’ve had my stuff stored since 2017. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve had to put my gate code in. NOT SECURE. Been that way for months. The price changes about every 4 months and why pay if my items aren’t secure!! So happy to be moving my things out. I REFUSE to pay close to $100 when anyone can walk into the “supposedly secure” area.

Public Storage could improve by allowing their customers access to their belongings before a hurricane. Your Battlefield Blvd location in Chesapeake Virginia closed 4 days before the hurricane even made landfall. We had 4 beautiful sunny days that we could have emptied a unit with no danger to anyone. Thanks for nothing.
Worst fucking workers. Haven't kept the gates closed in 4 months now.... they don't plan to fix it apparently and they are always so rude and I will never recommend this fucking place to anyone!
