Extremely convenient as far as location and accessibility, HOWEVER, what is not convenient are the difficult steps you have to take in order to secure a unit. Amounts increase every 3 months by $40, and as far as check out, that was just…. Like, come on y’all. I can respect a break, like absolutely take your break! But waiting outside for as long as we did on the phone trying to get ahold of anyone, just to be told after the fact like ‘oh you’re all good’… like we were told we HAVE to come and check out with you. Good space for short or long term stays, perfect for my means. Morrigan is so helpful, I highly recommend.
Honestly wish I would’ve shopped around a bit more for storage units before settling on this place. No staff is ever around on the premises, front doors are always locked, lots of hidden fees, the insurance is a hell of a scam, they raise your rent after a couple months of being there (and could not offer an explanation as to why). Buyer beware If you’re desperate and in a pinch, this might be the place for about a month maybe 2 if you’re lucky, but get out quickly or they’ll bend you over and have their way with you.
