I've had to store my things here 3 separate times over the last 8 years and I've always had absolutely no problems! Chassidy has taken care of me on multiple occasions throughout that time and she's been so sweet and helpful every time. It's a bit awkward getting a large moving truck in there, but it can be done! Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in the Ocean Lakes and surrounding neighborhoods
I walked in needing a last minute storage unit and Chassidy was able to find me an indoor unit. She was very polite knowledgeable (which sealed the deal for me!). As a active duty service I would recommend for others!

Morrigan absolutely rocks. Super friendly and helful
Clean, no one ever on site. No one answers the phone. Bathroom is always locked. Price on my unit went up by over 40 dollars a month with a 1 month notice. They force you to buy their lock, they force you to pay for renters insurance. Really an expensive place, not worth the price. The gate was wide open on more than one occasion, again, with no onsite employee, who protects your stuff at these prices with wide open gates?
