I have bee trying to get someone on the phone for over a week. Their phone just hangs up halfway through ringing when transferring to rep. Their managers line is a damn fax machine. Seriously. Not everyone has time to walk in during yout short hours to ask their questions or handle issues. This is ridiculous
Public storage is a top off!!! I have been a customer for 5 years! I got sick and told them ill pay Dec and ham Dec 29. They LOCKED ME OUT because I'm over 7 days late, now they won't give me my Christmas tree!!! I'm not even 30 days late!!!! AT CHRISTMAS!! 5 YEARS IVE PAID $160..THEY SUCK, THEY DPNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS
