Don’t make online debit payments because they charge you an extra $50 every time for “bad check fees” they took $140 from us on July 3rd and now are saying it didn’t go through and we owe them another $140 because it “didn’t go through” and we have an email confirming the money was taken on the 3rd.
The professional customer service of the Office Manager at the 201 Williams Avenue location is Top Tier
The office staff were very friendly. I’m not satisfied with the price going up every 6 months once being a Customer for so long. But other than that they are friendly and safe. I’ve had no issues. Thank you guys.
