This was a terrible experience. There was no customer service – PERIOD. You can eventually speak to someone, but they do not speak English so they can’t talk to me. The unit I reserved was climate controlled but the unit I received was not. Dozens of calls later, I canceled the unit and found something local. Unable to reach anyone local.
Best self storage in Nashville . Timperance was a great help and beautiful.

Angela is a great staffer for Public Storage. Angela was very courteous, helpful and considerate. She was able to resolve my booking challenge in no time. Public Storage on Central Court Road is an awesome facility. I will use the place again and recommend to anyone in need of storage facilities. Blessings in Jesus Mighty name .
