Stay away from this place! Had a unit for a couple of months after moving to the area- secured it on the 5th of January, paid February, moved stuff out March 2nd. Still responsible for all of March payment- in full. Was given number for the regional “whatever” to talk to- left 3 messages- finally called me back on different phone not the one I left the message to call me on. Spoke with customer service dept told same thing- but rudely. “Too bad, it’s in the contract”. Great people to work with!!

best scam to hold your stuff hostage for money – When doing buisness with them , you go in with the intention of placing your stuff in a place that will handle your stuff with care and concern. But, your find that these places get your stuff in thier storage unit and give you 5 to 6 days in the first of the month to pay for your own stuff and then threaten to lock it up so you can not access.
