Moved my belongings into a storage unit on March 12. I was told this payment took care of the first two months. Instead, I just got a bill due APRIL FIRST for $231, over $40 more than what I signed up for. They were aware that as a disabled veteran on a fixed income, the monthly payment was especially important to me. I have submitted a complaint with the state's consumer protection agency, their parent company, and more federal agencies to come. This is egregious and should result in penalties.

The WORST storage facility EVER!!! They do NOT care about they're customers, their belongings and definitely not their identity and show utter disregard for possessions with sentimental value!!! Oh, and the ridiculous late fees they charge makes them nothing more than predators preying upon anybody who makes the mistake of using them. They protect they're bidders privacy however!!!
