My husband and I had a storage unit at the public storage in Warren Michigan at Mound Road. The manger as well as the district manager in training was very rude. On top of the rudeness the manager as well as the district manger hung the phone up on myself as well as my husband several times. Also there was a few consumer laws that were broken. The husbands personal information was disclosed with several people other then my husband. The laws that were brokwn are as followed: The right not to have your name published as a debtor. The right not to have your debt advertised as available for sale. Your right not to be subject to obsence or profane language. Your right not to be harass by telephone. Your right not to have your property subject to arrest, improsement, SEIZURE, garnishment, or attachment. Your right to sue a debt any company oe debt collector for actual and punitive damages resulting from violation of this act. Since all of these acts were and the company has done nothing to try to contact us or fix the situation, there has to be further action done. More then anything the company needs to look into who they hire as employees. I have never in my entire life had a employee act so disrecpectful against me. Also the acts of one branch will give the whole company a bad name. Bad news travels faster then good.

This place is horrible. First, they raise your rates every few months and the customer service is just outright disrespectful. The girl who works behind the counter won't even look you in the face when talking to you, she just sits there on her computer. Secondly, I pay for security, and many times I would drive by and their gate would be wide open just letting whoever in, even after they would close. Thirdly, whether you move your stuff out on the first day of the month or the last day, they will charge you for the full month instead of pro-rating your bill. Fourth, coorporate is just as rude and disrespectful to their customers. They do not value their customers whatsoever. PUBLIC STORAGE will never gain my business again. If I could put zero stars on here for a rating, I would.
