Great experience with Public Storage! Alma and J’sai were very helpful and professional throughout the process of getting my storage unit. They answered all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and provided excellent customer service.
The property manager, Alma, was so kind and helpful and the process was smooth and easy!
Alma was very nice & helpful!! However, still pissed off with Public Storage for jacking up my rate $50 every 6 months!!! As a result, I WILL be finding a different storage place!
