When a work order is placed on December 29, 2019 to better secure a unit they shouldn't have waited until that unit was broken into to take action. They didn't act on this work order until January 9, 2020. The gate was also not closing properly in between then. Calls were made and messages were left to the property manager and calls were not returned to acknowledge the gate issue or to fill or follow up with the work order.
