Customer service is terrible. They had an electrical fire so their main gate won’t open. Not a big deal, these things happen. However, when we have just paid hundreds of dollars to reserve MULTIPLE storage units we would expect to be get a phone call, an email, something that tells us that not only is the main gate not going to open, but they are changing the closing gate hours and instead of closing at 9, they are closing at 6. Paid over $100 a month for secured storage only for my ex-husband to walk in and ask for my gate code. He was not listed as an authorized user and noted on the account to NOT be given any access or information. He didn't even present ID. He made several trips in and out. Cut the lock off and stole my stuff. The girl at the desk admitted she gave him the gate code but they won't take responsibility for allowing him back there to get my things. Not secure what so ever. Cameras are fake as well
They aren't helpful & they never answer their phones!
