I spoke with Customer Service today, they were very helpful and accommodating.
Awful experience. First we got locked out our first day even getting the unit. It took 30 minutes to get a real person on the phone. Additionally, we came the next day to talk to someone in person about our unit, and at 1pm during regular service hours, doors were locked and nobody was inside there. Tried calling and the AI assistant and couldn’t get a hold of anybody for almost an hour. We are trying to get a refund.
The front gate doesn't do anything. The locks they sell you don't do anything. The unit being inside means nothing. There's nothing stopping someone from getting to your unit, drilling out your lock, and taking your stuff. And because they decided having no staff on site is a great idea (for them), it's even more likely the theft will happen without anyone noticing until you come back to collect your now long gone items.
Move in went great and Angela was extremely welcoming.
