Hanna helped me make my payment
The gentleman working at the office was really helpful. I reserved a unit online, but then inquired if I could move in a day early. He helped me right out.
I signed up for a 10x10 unit for $79/month - which I already thought was a bit much. THREE months later, just 3 months, they send me a notice in the mail that they're hiking the price on me 47% to $116 a month. That is exorbitant, and I feel unethical. Maybe a few dollars, maybe, but a 50% price increase for nothing? Unacceptable. I called to voice my concerns to them - they refused to do anything for me, other than tell me this is a great rate, lmao, no. I will be removing my belongings and no longer give them business.
Steve was awesome
He so helpful this morning
