Today, I'm giving 5 stars because Margie was pleasant to work with, understanding, willing to listen, and genuinely showed that she cared about helping me. I recently won a storage auction for a unit at the Kinnear Road location. For those unfamiliar with the process, once you win a unit, you only have a limited amount of time to finalize the purchase and clean it out.
